Woulfe arranges funding for S. Korea mining project

NEW YORK Woulfe Mining Corp. has arranged a nonbrokered private placement of up to $4 million to fund the completion of a $6-million work project on its Sangdong tungsten-molybdenum mine in South Korea.
The convertible unsecured subordinated debentures on offer will be subscribed to by Dundee Corp., which already holds more than 15 percent of Woulfes outstanding shares, as well as warrants that if exercised would give it a 20.22-percent....
