Exports to help sustain profit growth: NSSMC

SINGAPORE The continued rise in domestic demand, coupled with strong exports, is expected to sustain growth at Japans Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corp. (NSSMC) through the rest of fiscal 2013, which ends March 31.
Local steel demand is expected to continue rising in Japan in both the construction and manufacturing industries, with stronger performances by the automobile and industrial machinery segments also anticipated, the steelmaker said Jan. 30.....
