CarTech’s earnings fall on weaker aero, energy sales

NEW YORK — Carpenter Technology Corp. sees "positive signs of growth" in its energy and aerospace end markets, including stabilizing jet engine demand, president and chief executive officer William A. Wulfsohn said during a Jan. 30 earnings call.

The Wyomissing, Pa.-based company expects a recovery that will "gain momentum as we complete the second half of our fiscal year and enter fiscal 2015," he added.....
