PITTSBURGH A Florida metals recycler is seeking Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for a second time, but a court trustee is suggesting that the company might be better off ceasing operations.
T&M Salvage Inc. filed for Chapter 11 in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Florida, listing less than $50,000 in assets and between $1 million and $10 million in liabilities.....
