LONDON — Exporting unrefined raw materials would be “unfair” to Indonesia, according to Saleh Abdurrahman, head of the center for public communication in the country’s ministry of energy and mineral resources.
Defending the country’s ban on the export of unrefined minerals, which was implemented at the start of 2014, he said the policy is “very advantageous” for Indonesia. ....
