ISA amends credit facility, regains compliance

PITTSBURGH Industrial Services of America Inc. (ISA) has regained regulatory compliance and improved its cash flow after reaching a deal with Fifth Third Bank to amend its credit facility.
The Louisville, Ky.-based company, which has been plagued by a financial losing streak, is under new leadership and has been working toward a turnaround (amm.com, Dec. 10).....
