PITTSBURGH Two regulatory agencies in Kentucky are investigating a metal recycler over alleged improper handling and disposal of asbestos during the demolition of a building in Madisonville.
The Kentucky Division for Air Quality (DOA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are trying to determine whether Providence-based S&S Salvage LLC started the demolition job without permits and....
