NEW YORK — Despite perceptions of a buyer’s market, procuring line pipe remains a key challenge for midstream companies, according to Perry Roberts, senior director of procurement at Energy Transfer Partners LP.

This comes as demand is expected to increase in the near future, likely driving down availability and raising prices.
