US steel imports poised for February climb

Import license applications indicate that semifinished imports were on course to jump 24.1 percent in February vs. the previous month, due in part to some 107,572 tonnes coming from the United Kingdom compared with 73.5 tonnes in January, data updated March 4 by the U.S. Commerce Departments Enforcement and Compliance....
