Longhi to exit RTI board, Strome retiring

LOS ANGELES Mario Longhi, citing the "increasing demands" of his role as president and chief executive officer of U.S. Steel Corp., will leave the board of directors of RTI International Metals Inc., according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing.
Longhi disclosed to the Pittsburgh-based titanium producer, fabricator and distributor on March 3 that he wont stand for re-election to RTIs board and will retire as a member effective April 15, RTI said in the filing.....
