E-waste bill is introduced in Senate

NEW YORK The introduction in the Senate of a controversial electronics recycling bill, designed to outlaw U.S. exports of certain electronics to developing countries, has drawn mixed reactions.
Advocates of the Responsible Electronics Recycling Act (RERA) say the bill, which has been assigned to a congressional committee for consideration , would help support domestic recycling initiatives.....
