Russia concerned by US dumping probes

NEW YORK A Russian trade representative has expressed concern about the U.S. Commerce Departments dumping investigations into imports of ferrosilicon and grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) from Russia.
In a meeting with U.S. government officials, Yelena Danilova, director of the Americas Department at the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, questioned whether the Commerce Departments investigations were following World Trade Organization rules and Article 6 of the general agreement on....
