NEW YORK — Ted Toth, vice president and managing director of Rosenberger-Toth, has been elected chairman of the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA).

Toth, who said that “Retooling Precision Manufacturing” will be the theme of his one-year term as chairman, has called on the NTMA’s membership to tackle head on the many challenges they face. ....
