Recyclers upbeat Okla. Senate will OK law

PITTSBURGH Oklahoma metal recyclers are optimistic that scrap theft legislation that they helped revise will pass the state Senate during the current session. The changes were approved by the state House of Representatives March 5.
The bill seeks to strengthen current laws, John Boone, president of Perry, Okla.-based Northern Oklahoma Metals Inc. and president of the Oklahoma Recyclers Association, told AMM.....
