ISRI hopes Pa. lawmakers pass scrap bill unchanged

NEW YORK — The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries is hopeful that a scrap metal bill before the Pennsylvania House of Representatives will pass without amendments that hurt the scrap industry.

The bill was developed over the course of a year through collaboration between the scrap industry, law enforcement agencies and legislators on the state’s House Consumer Affairs Committee, ISRI Mid-Atlantic chapter president Michael Krentzman told AMM.....
