Copper scrap market sluggish

NEW YORK Copper scrap supply remained low as sellers continued to react to a sudden drop in Comex copper prices earlier in March.
The May-delivery Comex copper contract has recovered slightly in recent days, settling at $2.9935 per pound March 27, but remained 6.5 percent below March 5 levels.....
