Copper scrap discounts tick higher

NEW YORK Copper scrap discounts have increased slightly, with supply reportedly improving due to warmer weather and terminal market pricing also rising this week.
The discount on brass mills No. 1 copper increased by a penny, putting prices at $3.03 per pound, with the discount on ingot makers light copper also inching up 1 cent to land prices in a range of $2.70 to $2.72 per pound.....
