Augusta moves up meeting to discuss ‘poison pill’ plan

NEW YORK Augusta Resource Corp. has moved its annual shareholders meeting to May 2 from May 9 to allow shareholders to consider the companys shareholder rights plan.
The move is in response to HudBay Minerals Inc. extending its offer to acquire all outstanding Augusta shares to May 5 (amm.com, March 31).....
