Copper scrap discounts flat amid muted trading

NEW YORK Copper scrap prices remained flat this past week, with trading activity muted by the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries annual convention in Las Vegas and reports of dealers holding inventory.
The discount on brass mills No. 1 copper scrap remained flat after gaining a penny last week, putting prices at $3.02 per pound.....
