Stainless distributor exec Fred Ulbrich Jr. dies

NEW YORK Frederick (Fred) Christian Ulbrich Jr., chairman and former chief executive officer of Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals Inc., died April 12 at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. He was 83.
Ulbrich was the son of the founder of the New Haven-based global precision reroller and distributor of stainless steel and specialty metal strip, wire, fine wire, sheet, plate and photovoltaic (PV) ribbon products.....
