W.Va. extends deadline for Felman rate deal objections

NEW YORK The West Virginia Public Service Commission has extended to April 18 the deadline to file requests to reconsider its order approving a special electricity rate for Felman Production LLC.
The commissions consumer advocate division (CAD) had requested the deadline be extended to April 28, but Felman subsequently filed a response claiming that such an extension would result in "hardship" to the silicomanganese producer....
