Mercator-Intergeo merger closer to completion

NEW YORK Copper-molybdenum mining company Mercator Minerals Ltd. said it has received "all necessary Canadian and U.S. governmental regulatory approvals" for its proposed merger with Intergeo MMC Ltd.
The companies also have responded to a request for information about the merger from the Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Services (FAS). "Mercator is of the view that these responses will be satisfactory....
