SDI looks to ramp up output at Ind. mill: exec

NEW YORK Steel Dynamics Inc. (SDI) is planning to ramp up production at its new high-precision, small-diameter special bar quality (SBQ) rolling mill at its Pittsboro, Ind., long products facility.
Output will rise to about 16,000 tons per month by year-end from 2,000 tons per month currently, SDIs president and chief operating officer for steel Richard P. Teets Jr. said in a conference call.....
