PITTSBURGH — Imports of diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel from Japan have injured U.S. producers, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) said May 2.

The ITC’s final determination means that anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders will be put into effect and remain in place for five years until a sunset review is conducted.....
