AMG’s vanadium revenues jump 12 percent

NEW YORK Revenues at AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group NVs vanadium division jumped 12 percent in the first quarter due to capacity expansion completed last year, despite low market prices across the companys specialty metal divisions.
AMG Processings first-quarter revenue of $145.1 million was down 5.2 percent from a year earlier, which the company attributed to a 24-percent decline in AMG Titanium Alloys & Coatings revenue and a 3-percent drop in AMG Aluminum revenue.....
