PITTSBURGH Harold Stamps, managing director of Progress Rail Services Corp., has retired after nearly 40 years in the scrap metals realm.
Stamps is well known for his clever quips regarding the scrap market. When prices were heating up, Stamps often told mill buyers, "If you dont like my price this week, youll love it next week."....
