Commerce backs AK Steel in NOES case

NEW YORK The U.S. Commerce Department has issued affirmative preliminary rulings in its anti-dumping duty investigation against imports of non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Sweden and Taiwan, the departments International Trade Administration (ITA) said May 16.
Preliminary dumping margins ranged from 6.91 percent for South Koreas Posco Ltd. and its subsidiary Daewoo International Corp. to 407.52 percent for all NOES imports from China.....
