Augusta gets loan OK despite permit delay

NEW YORK — Despite a delay in certain key permits for Augusta Resource Corp.’s Rosemont copper project near Tucson, Ariz., the company said it will still receive part of a loan facility from RK Mine Finance Trust that had been dependent on the permits.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service informally said it might not be able to submit the final record of decision for the mine by the end of the second quarter, according to Vancouver, British Columbia-based Augusta, which noted that it expects the record of decision to be delayed until the third quarter.....
