Copper cathode premiums hold firm

NEW YORK Copper cathode premiums remained steady May 22, but higher premiums could be seen going forward if demand picks up over the summer.
Scheduled shutdowns at copper and brass mills for annual maintenance over the summer also could push premiums up if mills decide to buy more spot material to tide them over the shutdown....
