Auto recycler facing water pollution lawsuit

PITTSBURGH A New Hampshire automobile salvage yard is being sued by an environmental group for alleged violations of the federal Clean Water Act.
Boston-based Conservation Law Foundation Inc. alleges that stormwater runoff from Londonderry-based Dudek Auto Recycling Inc., also known as Murrays Auto Recycling Center, is contaminating local waterways and making its way into the Merrimack River.....
