Aston Bay talking with miner on copper, zinc joint venture

NEW YORK Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. has entered into an exclusivity agreement with a major mining company with a view to forming a joint venture for its Storm copper project and Seal zinc project in Nunavut.
Under the agreement, Aston Bay will provide the major mining company with information on the Storm project and arrange for a site visit. It also agreed to "not invite or facilitate any discussions with third parties with respect to Storm and Aston Bays assets....
