Triumph to acquire GE’s hydraulic business

LOS ANGELES Triumph Group Inc. has agreed to buy the hydraulic actuation business of General Electric Co.s aviation unit for about $70 million.
Berwyn, Pa.-based Triumph said the three GE Aviation facilitiesin Yakima, Wash.; Cheltenham, England; and the Isle of Man in the British Isleswill add about $180 million in annual revenue.....
