New trial sought in MM Steel antitrust case

CHICAGO Service centers and steel mills accused in an antitrust lawsuit of trying to force MM Steel LP out of business have requested a new trial.
The companies claim that a new trial is warranted because the damages awarded to MM Steel were excessive; that some proceedings in the trial were biased against them; and that closing arguments made by counsel for MM Steel were not supported by evidence.....
