NAS hikes long, other products prices for June

NEW YORK North American Stainless Inc. (NAS) has increased June base prices for long products, select hot-rolled flat products and all cold-rolled Type 201 grades effective June 1, the company said May 28.
The Ghent, Ky.-based steelmaker is increasing base prices for long productsincluding angles, round bar and wire rodby 5 to 7 percent; and hot-rolled flat products in CMP, discrete plate, and pipe and tube forms by 2 cents per pound.....
