Borusan files suit vs. US over duty revision

NEW YORK Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret AS has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. Court of International Trade against the Commerce Department over its refusal to verify information it used to make a post-preliminary decision in an oil country tubular goods (OCTG) countervailing case that the company is being subsidized by the Turkish government.
"Borusan has reluctantly taken this extraordinary action because the Commerce Department failed to follow its statutory obligations in this case," the Istanbul-based pipe and tube maker said.....
