NEW YORK Line pipe prices and market sentiment appear to be trending upward.
Average domestic prices rose 1.6 percent to $1,975 per ton in May from $1,944 per ton a month earlier.
"Market sentiment continues to improve with the National Association of Steel Pipe Distributors (NASPDs) index at 64, indicating an expanding market is starting to unfold. The index is up from 49 just two months ago, with marked improvements in new orders and price expectation," Kurt....
