CHICAGO — BlueOak Resources Inc. plans to hold a groundbreaking ceremony June 10 for a $35-million electronics-waste recycling facility in Osceola, Ark., according to a company executive.

The facility will recycle "green boards" from such electronics as mobile phones and computers to recover copper, gold, silver, platinum and cadmium, director and executive chairman John D. Correnti told AMM June 9.....
