ArcelorMittal lifts plate tags; others seen following

CHICAGO ArcelorMittal USA LLC has increased prices on as-rolled plate products by a minimum of $30 per ton ($1.50 per hundredweight) and boosted tags on heat-treated plate products by at least $50 per ton ($2.50 per cwt).
The move, applicable to all non-contractual carbon, high-strength low-alloy and specialty plate products, is effective immediately with all new orders, the Chicago-based steelmaker said in a June 11 letter to customers.....
