US brass mill imports up, exports fall in April

NEW YORK U.S. imports of brass mill products increased in April compared with the same month last year while exports fell, according to data from the Copper and Brass Fabricators Council.
Imports rose 11.8 percent year on year to 48.58 million pounds. The top supplier to the United States was Germany, at 10.75 million pounds, followed by South Korea (8.63 million pounds), China (4.98 million pounds), Mexico (4.61 million....
