Anfield shareholders approve Mayaniquel deal

NEW YORK Anfield Nickel Corp. shareholders have approved the sale of Guatemalan subsidiary Mayaniquel SA and its nickel laterite project to ferronickel producer Cunico Resources NV.
The deal, which was approved by 99.9 percent of shareholders, will result in the "sale of substantially all of the assets of Anfield," the Vancouver, British Columbia-based miner said, adding....
