PSC Metals to upgrade its shredder in Tenn.

PITTSBURGH PSC Metals Inc. plans to upgrade one of its nine auto shredders to capture more metallics.
The Mayfield Heights, Ohio-based recycler and broker has signed a deal with Wendt Corp., Tonawanda, N.Y., to improve the downstream yield at its Knoxville, Tenn., shredder.
"Knoxville is our newest shredder and we decided to do it because the trend in the industry is to increase the yield that comes from shredder feedstock," PSC Metals chief executive officer Robert B.
