Commerce delays final NOES decision

NEW YORK The U.S. Commerce Department has postponed the deadline for the final determination in its anti-dumping duty investigation of non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) imports from China, Germany, Japan and Sweden.
Commerce delayed its final ruling until Oct. 6 at the request of NOES producers and exporters that "account for a significant proportion of exports of the subject merchandise from their respective countries." The previous deadline on final rulings on China, Germany, Japan and Sweden was July 29, while....
