Texas scrap broker sued by Malaysian recycler

PITTSBURGH A Malaysian metal recycler is suing a Texas scrap broker that allegedly failed to deliver wire shipments and instead sold the material to third parties.
Adam Joseph Resources (M) Sdn Bhd (AJR) of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking $1.6 million in damages from Stafford, Texas-based CNA Metals Ltd., according to documents filed in U.S. District Court in Texas.....
