Falcon Steel files for Ch. 11

NEW YORK Steel fabricator Falcon Steel Co. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, listing several tubular mills among its largest unsecured creditors, although the company expects to emerge from insolvency shortly.
"The bank has agreed to all the petitions, so I dont imagine were going to be in Chapter 11 very long. (The Chapter 11 filing) is just to restructure some of the bank notes....
