Brewer out; Kline named PSC chief exec

PITTSBURGH PSC Metals Inc. has tapped aluminum industry veteran Ronald L. Kline to oversee the business effective immediately, the companys sixth chief executive officer in less than 11 years.
Kline, who previously was PSC Metals chief financial officer, succeeds Robert B. Brewer, who will remain at the company through the end of the year in an advisory role and assist in the transition, according to the company.
Sources said that Brewer had good interpersonal and operational skills and that it was his decision to leave. Brewer declined to comment on the reason for his departure.....
