S. Korea returns to US bulk ferrous scrap mart

NEW YORK A South Korean steel producer has booked three bulk cargoes of ferrous scrap from the United States after a weaker dollar gave the producer room to increase prices.
Market participants said the producer booked the cargoes from two different exporters this past week, marking the first U.S. bulk bookings to Korea in more than four weeks.....
