NEW YORK A tough economic environment has prompted a California metal recycler to put its business up for sale.
Los Angeles-based Sun-Lite Metals Inc. is soliciting bids for a complete buyout of its ferrous and nonferrous scrap recycling and processing operations, AMM understands.
A person familiar with the situation said the companys owner, Jay Lite, is considering selling the assets due to the weak economy and the difficulty small businesses have in accessing capital.....
