US finds dumping, subsidies on Indian rod

NEW YORK — The U.S. Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has levied anti-dumping and countervailing subsidy duties on steel threaded rod from India.

The ITA in a final determination imposed anti-dumping margins of 16.74 to 119.87 percent on imports and subsidy rates of 8.61 percent to 39.46 percent, according to a July 7 decision.....
