NEW YORK A Puerto Rican recycling company is investing in new equipment and paying a $29,000 fine to resolve alleged violations of certain hazardous waste laws.
Auto crushing and scrap recycler W.R. Recycling Inc. and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency reached a settlement after the Cabo Rojo-based company agreed to make several site improvements to control runoff and invest $133,000 for new equipment to ensure the....
