CHICAGO Severstal North America Inc. saw prices slip in the second quarter of 2014 despite increasing sales volumes.
The Dearborn, Mich.-based steelmaker, part of Moscow-based OAO Severstal, reported average rolled products prices of $827 per tonne in the second quarter of 2014, down nearly 1 percent from $835 per tonne in the first quarter as sales volumes jumped 5.9 percent to nearly 1.25 million tonnes over the same comparison, according to....
